Voltaic provides lighting and control design. We are not your electrical contractor, and unless your written quote states that a licensed professional will seal the drawings, our documents are not stamped engineering plans.

• All documents must be reviewed by a licensed electrical contractor before fixtures are ordered or work begins.
• Circuit sizing, conductor sizing, overcurrent protection, grounding, service capacity and load calculations must be confirmed by the installer or engineer of record.
• Compliance with the National Electrical Code, energy codes (such as IECC/Title 24 where applicable) and local amendments is the responsibility of the installer and permit holder.
• The local authority having jurisdiction has final authority over code interpretation and approval.

Lighting plans describe the intended design. Actual appearance and light levels depend on the exact products installed, finishes, ceiling conditions and installation quality. Manufacturers may change, discontinue or revise products; confirm availability, ratings and compatibility (including dimmer and driver compatibility) before purchase.

Electrical work involves serious risk of shock, fire, injury and death. You and your contractors assume all risks arising from installation, modification, energizing or operating any system based on our documents. Never perform electrical work unless you are qualified and licensed to do so.

Our documents are provided as described in the Terms of Service, without implied warranties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project, and we are not liable for construction delays, rework, fixture costs or damage caused by installation by others.
