• Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To prepare quotes, perform design work and communicate with you.
• To process payments, keep records and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To secure the site and prevent fraud.
• To improve the site, only where you consent to analytics cookies.

Uploaded plans are stored privately, accessible only to Voltaic staff, and used only for your project. We do not publish identifiable plans or addresses. We delete uploaded files on request once the project is complete.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, storage, payment processing, email) and with people you ask us to coordinate with, such as your contractor. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Depending on where you live — including under the CCPA and the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your information, and withdraw consent. Email us to make a request; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

We keep project records as long as needed for the engagement and afterward for legal, tax and warranty purposes. We use access controls and encryption in transit, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of a breach affecting your information as required by law.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
