Service Disclosures

• Feature Area Plan ($950) and Whole-Home Masterplan ($3,500, homes up to 5,000 sq ft) are one-time flat fees. Larger or unusually complex homes are quoted individually.
• Builder Retainer ($2,500/month) renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Fees cover design documents only — not fixtures, equipment, installation, permits or printing. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Turnaround times are estimates that start once we have payment and complete plans. The retainer's 48-hour priority turnaround applies to standard-scope requests.

Voltaic provides design services. Drawings are not sealed by a licensed engineer unless your written quote says so, and all installation must be performed by a licensed electrical contractor.

We specify fixtures and controls based on performance and fit for your project. We do not currently receive commissions from manufacturers or distributors; if that changes, we will disclose it in your quote.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you encounter a barrier, email evan@voltaicplananddesign.com and we will provide the information in another format.
